Not all water pickup is equal — a shop vac and a truck-mount extraction unit produce very different outcomes on the same flooded room.
We classify every loss as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction begins, then document readings throughout the job.
Truck-mount extraction is standard equipment on every Greenland, NH call, not an upgrade.
We identify the contamination category before extraction to determine the correct safety protocol.
Hardwood floors in Greenland, NH often don't need replacement if injection drying pulls moisture from beneath the boards fast enough.
Every Water Extraction job in Greenland, NH comes with moisture readings logged before, during, and after extraction.
Below is the actual technical scope behind a Water Extraction job in Greenland, NH.
Truck-mount capacity lets us clear a flooded room significantly faster than portable units alone.
Water is tested and classified as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction protocol is finalized.
Weighted extraction tools pull water trapped deep in carpet fiber that a surface pass would miss.
This specialty method can save original hardwood that would otherwise require full tear-out.
Subfloor moisture often hides beneath flooring that looks dry on the surface.
You receive documented proof of extraction completion for your own records or an insurance claim.
We ask enough questions to send the right-sized extraction unit on the first trip.
Our nearest Greenland, NH crew arrives with extraction equipment matched to your reported loss.
You'll know the classification and cost before work starts.
We don't sign off until logged readings hit the target, not just until it looks dry.
"They saved our hardwood floor with an injection drying method instead of ripping it all out. Saved us thousands." — Owen R.
"The moisture readings they gave us before and after made the whole process feel legitimate, not just a guess." — Bianca V.
"Truck-mount extraction cleared our flooded basement way faster than the shop vac approach a different company tried first." — Malik J.
A basic pump-out skips classification testing and moisture documentation that Water Extraction includes.
We'll assess whether injection drying is viable before recommending tear-out.
Category 1 is clean water, Category 2 is gray water with some contamination, and Category 3 is sewage or blackwater requiring full PPE.
You'll receive documented extraction logs suitable for insurance or your own records.
As soon as possible — every hour standing water sits increases how deep it penetrates flooring and subfloor.
